Refreshments will be provided. You must be present to vote. All members are encouraged to attend the meeting. All emailed nominations should be sent by April 12, 2018. New nominations can be made at this meeting, however, the election committee must receive verification that the person being nominated accepts the nomination. Please inform anyone you may want to nominate.
